Croatia Airlines appoints AVIAREPS as Cargo GSA in UK

AVIAREPS has been appointed as Cargo General Sales Agent (GSA) for Croatia Airlines in the United Kingdom.

Under the new agreement, AVIAREPS will represent Croatia Airlines in the UK, supporting the airline’s cargo sales and market development. The partnership gives forwarders and shippers in the UK access to destinations in Croatia and the wider Balkan region through Croatia Airlines’ hub in Zagreb, with a particular focus on high-value and time-sensitive shipments such as aerospace parts and pharmaceuticals.

As part of the agreement, AVIAREPS will promote Croatia Airlines’ cargo services to freight forwarders, cargo agents and relevant industry customers across the UK, utilising its local market knowledge and operational expertise. The scope includes cargo sales development, customer visits, cargo reservations and administration support, distribution of tariffs and promotional materials, market intelligence, traffic documentation support, local regulatory guidance, and coordination with cargo agents and relevant authorities where required. AVIAREPS will also support account management and settlement processes to ensure smooth commercial operations on behalf of Croatia Airlines.
