Effective 1 March 2025, Charlotte Elpers will assume the role of Vice President Worldwide Operations at KLM Cargo, succeeding Koen Bolster. As VP Worldwide Operations Cargo, Charlotte will oversee KLM’s global cargo operations, bringing nearly two decades of leadership experience within the KLM Group to the position.
Koen Bolster will transition to his new role as Executive Vice President Hub Operations at KLM on 1 February 2025.
