Kalé Logistics Solutions (Kalé) has acquired Portel Logistics Technologies (Portel), a Spain based port community and regulatory compliance solutions provider. The acquisition strengthens Kalé’s position in Europe and expands its ability to help customers meet evolving customs and compliance requirements across the air and maritime logistics industries.
